The promotion of human rights and gender equality has been so far among the main goals of both my work and academic careers. I am a VAWG (Violence Against Women & Girls) Specialist, Idva qualified, with several years of experience in managerial and front line roles and as a freelance trainer and consultant, working for Local Authorities, public bodies and third sector organisations.

My professional activity is framed on an intersectional and anti-racist approach and  aims at promoting a whole system partnership response to gender based violence. Based in the UK and working between countries, I am a staunch supporter of dialogue and models exchange to achieve best practice.
